• The “Professional” membership. This membership offers members 24/7 access to the facility, secure office storage, high speed Wi-Fi, printing services up to 200 pages per month, and complimentary coffee.
• Professional members will enjoy their own reserved private office. Offices are chosen by the Venture Project. Members may request a specific office, but that office is not guaranteed. Additionally, the Venture Project may move or relocated the member to a different office location at any time.
• Pricing starts are $497 per month and renews monthly unless otherwise notified in writing.
• Professional members will have to place a security deposit no less than $497 to hold in the case of incidentals.
• Memberships are month-to-month and members may cancel at any time. Written 30-day notice is required to notify the Venture Project of a membership cancellation or downgrade to allow the Venture Project to adequately clean and prepare the office for the next member.
• Monthly payments are not prorated. Therefore, once a member cancels, they will enjoy access to the space until the end of their month.
• Professional members also gain access to all events sponsored by or promoted by the Venture Project. Private events held by members or other customers that are not included in the membership.
• Professional members may rent the private conference room for 4 FREE hours per month. After the 4 FREE hours have been consumed, the room will be available for a discounted rate of $25 per hour.
• Professional members may utilize the private event space for 4 FREE hours each month. After the 4 FREE hours have been consumed, the room will be available for a discounted rate of $25 per hour.
• Professional members may rent the podcast studio space which seats 6 persons for 4 FREE hours per month. After the first 4 hours have been consumed, it will be available for a discounted rate of $25 per hour.
• Equipment rentals for podcasts is available for an additional fee
• Technical support for podcasts, video streaming, or filming is also available for $65 per hour
• Additional or advanced technical support can be available at an additional fee
